ICEC印度食品专家谈中国行 Highlights From ICEC Food Expert's China Visit

11月13日,受眉山贸促会邀请,ICEC食品委员会专家维杰·萨达那参加了第十六届中国食品安全年会暨第十届中国泡菜食品国际博览会。本次大会共有1500余人参加,而我会则作为唯一印方贵宾进行出席。

On 13th Novermber, Mr. Vijay Sardana from ICEC Food Experts Commission was invited as “Guest of Honor” by Meishan CCPIT to participate in the opening ceremony of the 16th China Food Safety Annual Conference and the 10th China Pickles Food International Expo. It was attended by more than 1500 people.


会后,维杰说,他也曾于2002年参加过由中国举办的第一届食品安全论坛。参加此次会议,他又看到了中国在食品安全方面取得了更多的瞩目成就。

Vijay was also invited to the First Global Food Safety Forum organised by China in 2002. It is remarkable to see the achievement by China in food safety front.


开幕式要点

Highlights of the Ceremony:

1.中国正在制定更严格的食品质量标准,并加大对不合格食品的处罚力度。

1.China is planning stricter food quality standard and increasing penalty for substandard products.


2.本届食品安全年会主要由教育部、信息技术部等部门主办,并得到了其它相关部门的支持。信息技术和教育部门将在食品安全领域发挥其带头作用。

2.Annual food safety event was mainly sponsored by the Department of Education, Department of Information Technology and other departments also supported it. IT and Education departments are told to take lead in food safety areas.


3.本次泡菜博览会的重点是推动眉山泡菜产业的专业化、市场化和国际化。

3.The focus of the event was on Specialization, market-driven and Internationalization for pickle industry.


4.实现中国领导人向各部门提出的要求:审查所有相关政策,要在2020年之前使中国所有公民都能享受到“有保障的健康食品”。

4.President of China has given a target to all departments to review all policies to make “Assured Quality Food” by 2020 to all citizens.


5.通过传播科学知识来达到食品安全的目标。

5.Scientific knowledge to be spread to meet the targets on Quality and Safety Front.


6.必将通过法律及严格的惩罚措施来解决食品污染问题。

6.Pollutants in foods must be addressed by strict laws and strict penalties throughout the value chain.


7.质量是所有行业基本保证和社会责任。必须向消费者确保各行业的产品品质。

7.All industries are told that quality is a social responsibility and assured quality products must be delivered to consumers.


8.中国正致力于发展传统食品行业,未来将会开拓50万亩地用于发展中国的传统食品产业。

8.China is focusing on traditional food products in mission mode approach and 500,000 acres will be developed to set-up traditional food industries.


9.中国拟在出口市场方面大力发展食品安全的良好形象。

9.China is planning a big focus on safe food image in export markets.


10.所有传统食品都将进行升糖指数检测,从而提升其实现价值。

10.All traditional foods will be given GI registration to improve value realization.


11.着重创新领域的发展——中国泡菜生产商已申请了37项专利。

11.Innovation will be focus area – in fact even in pickle manufacturing China pickle industry has filed 37 patents.


12.减少农药的使用以减少其对食品的影响。

12.Pesticide usage to be reduced to minimize residue impact on finished foods.


13.食物安全方面下一个阶段的着重点:减少食物内油、盐和糖的摄入。

13.Another focus area for food will be: reduce oil, salt and sugar intake through foods.


14.将在学校和大学内禁止垃圾食品。

14.Junk foods will be banned from schools and universities.

中国在食品和农业方面的独特措施

Unique approaches China is taking towards food and agriculture

1.中国已经建立了大数据和人工智能大学。

1.China has established University for Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.


2.中国政府拟开始在农业规划中利用大数据来减少农药的使用,并更好地监测和预测作物发展趋势。

2.State governments are told to start using Big data approach in agriculture planning to reduce the use of pesticides and better crop monitoring and forecasting


3.农业规划将与未来中国营养规划相联系

3.Agriculture plan will be linked to China Nutritional Outlook plan.


4.简化相关规定来促进食品出口

4.Simplify the rules to promote exports of food products.


5.中国拟在各国大使馆设立一个特别服务台来推广中国传统食品。

5.Important: China is now planning a special desk in embassies to promote Chinese traditional foods.


6.将特别关注以下方面的营养需求:学校及老人的食物;餐厅里的食物;用于临床用途的特殊食物;为穷人提供的食物。

6.There should be a special focus to address the nutritional needs of :Food for schools and the old; Food in Restaurant; Food for special clinical purpose; Food for poor people.


泡菜之都-眉山

Pickle Capital —— Meishan


目前,中国“泡菜之都”眉山就泡菜产品已打造了:

1)国家泡菜质量监督及检查中心

2)中国泡菜技术研发机构

3)中国泡菜博物馆

4)中国泡菜食品国际博览会

The city of Meishan is known as Pickle Capital of China has established:

1) National Pickle Quality Supervision and Inspection center

2) Chinese pickle industries Technology Research Institute

3) Chinese Pickle Museum

4) Annual International Pickle Expo


印度的借鉴契机

Opportunities for India

1)利用好大数据:印度每天也都可以获得许多多层面的农业信息以及灾情报告。印方完全可以利用所获得的天气或是其它信息,将其加以利用,来帮助农民乃至消费者更好地解决问题。

1)Big Data should be explored because we have a large field force and every day we are getting field level information and disease outbreak information. We can also capture weather and other related information as well. This will help in developing good solutions for the farmers and customers in the coming days.


2)印度农业科学中心的区域研究站( KVKs)也可以用作农民的知识中心,对各类参数进行分析并加以预测。

2)KVKs can act as knowledge centers for farmers with forecasting on various parameters.


3)印度应该密切关注中国农药领域的发展。一旦中国提出了新的目标,那么在2020年前,肯定会有一些有趣的发展。

3)India should keep a close watch on developments in the pesticide sector in China because once President Xi Jinping has given some targets there will be some interesting developments by 2020.

此外,在大会前日,我会代表和印度专家还有幸参观了中国泡菜巨头企业——吉香居,并与其他泡菜企业高层进行了会谈。会上,印度专家就印度泡菜市场作了相关的介绍。

Besides, the day before the opening ceremony, ICEC representative and Mr. Vijay visited one of the most leading pickle companies--Jixiangju, and held a meeting with the seniors from other pickle companies. In the meeting, Mr. Vijay gave a breif introduction about Indian pickle markets to them.
