印中经济文化促进会于2019年1月20日在杭州举办了新年聚会。ICEC执行总监曹可臻向来宾们介绍了ICEC2018的成果和2019年新规划。参与此次聚会的有ICEC的客户和朋友，以及来自江浙沪的印度朋友。

The year 2019 has made its debut. India China Economic and Cultural Council (ICEC) held a cultural event New Year Party, bidding farewell to 2018 and welcoming 2019 with introducing ICEC and Indian culture through its tradition, dance, food, and other festivities. This event was held on Sunday, January 20th, 2019. This event involved mostly ICEC China Clients and some Indian guests from Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Zhejiang University students were also present.

这是一场印度式的聚会。ICEC用传统的印度方式欢迎了客人，提供各种美味印度小吃，比如说咖喱饺，蔬菜脆脆，爆炸鸡蛋和香烤鸡糜等。

ICEC gave our guests Indian traditional Welcome by Tilak and Diya, Garland. Guests felt very pleased by this unique welcome way and they enjoyed finger-licking delicacies like Samosa, Stuffed parathas, kachori, Chole, Chicken Kabab, Pakoda, Mint Chatni, Kheer, Boondi laddoo etc.

活动场地有着浓浓的印度元素，各式各样的印度花瓶，细密画，手工艺品等。

Guests could see this coffee shop decorated with traditional vases, jars, drums, Paintings, handmade products and dresses, so they experienced real Indian culture.

活动中还穿插了关于印度的知识问答和电影问答环节，大家都积极踊跃的举手参与，赢取礼品。客人们还有机会穿上印度传统服装与印度朋友们一起载歌载舞，欢声笑语充满了整个咖啡厅。

ICEC brought interesting quiz games about India and Bollywood, and guests were very active to answer and win special Indian gifts. Guests were extremely enthusiastic wearing not only Indian dress and Jewelry but also makeup. They all were looking stunning and waiting in the queue for glamming themselves up with the colorful Indian attire.

海娜手绘是最受客人喜爱的，因为这种自然无添加的染料能够在手上维持一个星期的时间，富有民族风情的图案使得嘉宾们进一步了解了这个神奇的国度。小朋友们在指导下，完成了五彩斑斓的Rangoli画作。

Kids were clearly excited and running for colors and Rangoli sheets. Guests also had the first-hand experience of making Heena on their hands.

此次活动成功举办，使ICEC与所有朋友之间的关系更加亲密无间。ICEC感谢2018年所有人对我们的帮助和支持，希望2019年与大家携手共进，共创新的辉煌。
